For 25 wonderful years, I've shared life's adventures and travels with my best friend and husband, Joe. Together, we've watched our son Joey (22) grow from a curious child into an accomplished musician who recently graduated college and is pursuing his passion in music production—time truly flies! When we're not exploring new destinations, you'll find us at home with Siri, our spirited Brittany Spaniel who's become my constant companion and unofficial office assistant.
With over two decades of experience in tax and accounting, I've built my expertise through hands-on client work, an MBA in Accounting, and certification as an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA). But what truly drives me is the belief that each day brings new possibilities and opportunities for growth.
I'm a firm believer in the power of continuous improvement and self-reflection. Nothing brings me more joy than partnering with our clients, celebrating their successes, and helping them reach new heights in their financial journey.

My husband Ethan and I have been married for almost three years. We have one sweet one-year-old daughter named June. We also share our house with a crazy yet lovable husky named Sadie, who resembles a wolf (which we are told multiple times every time we walk her). 🐺
I’m inspired by all of the incredible women in my life, especially my mom, mother-in-law, and sisters, who are strong, funny, and incredibly smart.
I spent over 13 years running the business and financial side of a very successful music recording studio here in Philadelphia. I love working alongside creatives to help them with their passions. I also have certifications in QuickBooks ProAdvisor and preparing individual tax returns.

My husband, Jon, and I have been married for 14 years. Together, we have Adi (13) and Grayson (10). We share our home with my husband’s amazing 86-year-old grandmother and 2 snuggly mastiffs.
Our home is constantly overflowing with teammates, friends, laughter, singing, love, and dog hair. If we aren’t at home, it is safe to assume we are at the ball field watching the kids or their friends playing football, baseball, volleyball, etc.
We are the typical ‘Saturday in the South’ family and live, eat, and breathe college football (Go Dawgs!). Even though I am an introvert to my core, I love having everyone over to watch the game and hearing the cheers and boos throughout the home. It is, however, generally followed up with a long Sunday nap to make up for the chaos.
I like to say that I fell into accounting. I’ve always loved the black and white feel of numbers. I love working alongside creatives and helping others achieve their goals while pursuing my dreams.

Hey there, I’m Jamie.

I've called the Buffalo, NY, area home for most of my life. I have two siblings: a younger brother and a twin sister. Growing up, dogs were always part of my family, and right now, I have two dachshunds that my family adopted a few years ago from a local rescue. I am so grateful for all the joy and laughter they brought into my life!
I initially went into college without a clear direction of what career path I wanted to take. I signed up for my first accounting class because I've always had more interest in math and numbers than anything else. I enjoyed learning the fundamentals of accounting and how different transactions are recorded and used to help tell the financial story of a business. After taking a few more classes, I decided it was the path for me, and I eventually earned my bachelor's degree in accounting!
I'm so excited to work with the rest of the Bastian Accounting team and use the skills I've learned to help our clients!

I am a proud Tennessee native who currently calls Alabama home.
I have quite a unique cultural background, with a blend of American and Romanian heritage, thanks to my American father and Romanian mother. I also have an older sister who doubles as my best friend. We're a tight crew!
After attending ministry school with a focus on worship, my journey took an unexpected turn when I was granted the finance internship. It was then that I discovered a passion for finance! For the last three years, I have worked in the finance department for a local ministry organization.
I love being able to use my skills to serve others and I enjoy helping our clients build their businesses and achieve their goals!
